Return period

You have the right to return your order up to 30 days after receipt .

Returns Policy

To be eligible for a return or refund, the product must:

• Unused
• Undamaged
• Must be returned in original condition

Products that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Exceptions

There are no excluded products . All products can be returned, provided they meet the conditions above.

Choice: refund or replacement

After approval of the return, the customer can choose between:

• Refund of the purchase amount, or
• Replacement of the product

Return costs

• Return shipping costs are always paid by the customer ,

  also in case of defective or incorrectly delivered products .

• The original shipping costs are non-refundable .

Refund

Once we have received and inspected the return:

• Will the purchase amount be refunded within 5 working days ?
• The refund will be made via the same payment method used to place the order.

Damaged or defective products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us as soon as possible . Each situation is assessed individually.

In these cases too, the return costs are borne by the customer .

Unclaimed or refused packages

Orders that are not collected or refused upon delivery will be treated as returns. Any shipping and return costs will not be refunded .
